A questionnaire based on 9 criteria

The questionnaire is based on the 3 pillars of responsibility in the field of market research: produce better, use better and communicate better.
We deduced 6 criteria. (6R)

A unique evaluation method

The objective of the Data Responsibility evaluation methodology of Institutes and consulting companies is to evaluate the system of circulation of data and insights of a company through its policies, the actions implemented and the results . The DESI assessment methodology is based on seven founding principles.

Evidence-based analysis

The burden of proof rests on the company being assessed. The circulation system adopted by the company is based on tangible actions (e.g. customer contract, emails exchanged). Supporting documents are essential. Company statements will not be considered unless accompanied by tangible evidence.

Department, country and company size

The circulation system is assessed taking into account the specific issues linked to the department concerned, the geographical location and in particular the presence in countries at risk, as well as the size and scope of the company.

Crossing of resources

The rating is based not only on the supporting documents provided by the company, but also on consultation with the company's partners and customers in order to collect their own feedback.

Compliance with quality rules is essential

An evaluation system can only become reliable and robust if it is supported by compliance with the quality and GDPR rules in force in the country. The company is required to comply with it.
